Get your equipment ready, check the carabiners and boots, and off we go on some superb itineraries, including some which are rather more challenging. And, for devotees (and the suitably prepared), Via Ferrata Costantini is only 10 minutes from the rifugio. We can’t say too often that, in the mountains, you don’t fool around; we must always be conscious of our physical limitations, and know what’s involved in what you are trying to do, for safety is paramount. The mountains are beautiful and exhilerating for those who have respect and who want to “learn” how to experience them. So now, off we go to enjoy the majestic scenery, the fresh mountain air and guaranteed good times.
